    Pipedrive integration questions

    Does OfficeCalling integrate with Pipedrive?

    Yes, on a dedicated OfficeCalling instance. The phone platform we run has a published Pipedrive integration, and we set it up for your instance after confirming your Pipedrive version, licensing and compatibility.

    Can I use the Pipedrive integration on a shared plan?

    No. Pipedrive integration is only available with a dedicated OfficeCalling instance. Shared plans (up to 15 extensions) don't include CRM integrations of any kind.

    What do you check before quoting a Pipedrive integration?

    Your Pipedrive edition and licensing (a Pipedrive plan with API access (API token and company URL)), administrator access, how many people take calls and on which devices, and which features you actually want switched on. If something doesn't fit, we say so before you commit.

    Is the Pipedrive integration included in the dedicated price?

    Dedicated instances start at $279/month and are quoted to your size and requirements. Pipedrive integration setup is scoped during the assessment and shown in your quote. Your Pipedrive subscription stays separate and is billed by its provider.

    Is OfficeCalling a Pipedrive partner?
