How the user count works
Every system is provisioned with account capacity, and you are billed on that capacity rather than on the exact head count you type in.
Up to 10 users, the system is provisioned with 15 accounts and costs the plan's base price.
Above 10 users we add a 10% growth buffer and round up to the nearest 20 accounts, then bill the base price plus $100/month for each block of 6 accounts beyond the first 15.
The configurator always shows the resulting capacity and monthly figure before you order, so there is nothing to work out by hand.
- 10 users → 15 accounts provisioned (base capacity) = $279/month on the Standard plan.
- 11 users → 20 accounts provisioned (1 × $100 above the first 15) = $379/month on the Standard plan.
- 20 users → 40 accounts provisioned (5 × $100 above the first 15) = $779/month on the Standard plan.
Prices are per month for the whole system, not per seat, so the number you see is your monthly bill before any optional add-ons or hardware.
Add-ons and one-time costs
- Advanced Call Recording, Secure Storage — $99/month
Includes full text transcription, cloud storage with lifetime retention. Included at no extra cost on the AI plan. - CRM Integration — $199/month
Configuration and support for integration with your company CRM to log contacts, analytics and more. Reach out for details.
One-time system build fee is half of your first monthly total ($140 on the $279 plan) and is waived with a 12-month agreement. Porting your existing numbers is $0.
Optional desk phones are one-time purchases from $129 to $499.
The fine print, in plain English
- Plans start at $279/month for a system provisioned with 15 accounts. That covers teams up to 10 users, which is also our minimum.
- Above 10 users, capacity is the requested head count plus a 10% buffer, rounded up to the nearest 20 accounts; billing adds $100/month per block of 6 accounts above the first 15. For example 11 users is provisioned as 20 accounts at $379/month on the Standard plan.
- Recording of calls is part of the core PBX feature set. Advanced Call Recording with transcription and lifetime secure storage is a $99/month add-on, and it is included on the AI plan.
- CRM integration is a $199/month add-on covering configuration and support.
- AI features may incur additional AI credits or third-party costs depending on your configuration.
- One-time system build fee is half of your first monthly total (for example $140 on the $279 plan) and is waived with a 12-month agreement.
- Number porting is $0. Desk phones are optional one-time purchases from $129.
- Standard and Secure plans carry a 99.9% uptime SLA.
