By accessing or using OfficeCalling services provided by Growth Mode Technologies LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service Description

OfficeCalling provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communication services, including but not limited to:

• Business phone systems and PBX services
• Voice calling and SMS messaging
• Call center features and capabilities
• Number porting services
• Related telecommunications features

Account Terms

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, harassment, or malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Engage in fraudulent activities

Payment Terms

• Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide reliable service with:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee on Standard and Secure plans
• 24/7 technical support availability
• Regular maintenance windows with advance notice
• Emergency maintenance as needed for security or stability

Emergency Services (911)

IMPORTANT: VoIP services may have limitations regarding emergency services. You should maintain alternative means to access emergency services. We are not liable for any inability to access emergency services through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Mode Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these Terms of Service
• For non-payment of fees
• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• At our discretion with 30 days notice

You may cancel your service at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
